Humphrey TAC Valves
Humphrey TAC Air Pilot Valve miniature manual, mechanical and air pilot valves include 2P, 2V, 3P, 3V, 31P, 31PPX, 31V, 41P, 41PP, 41PPX, 41V, 41T, 41R, 42P, 42PP, 42A, 42A2, 4P, 4PP, 4V, 4PPX.
Humphrey TAC push button air pilot valves are available in 3 port sizes. The TAC valves are 10-32 UNF port thread while the TAC2 are 1/8 NPT and the TAC3 are 1/4 NPT. The push button valves can be operated manually by the push button or mechanically by attaching accessories such as the 34C cam operator or by air pilot control attaching one of the several different air pilot operators, 2P,4P,4PP,4PPX,3P,31P,31PPX,41P,41PP,41PPX,42P,42PP,42PA.
Humphrey TAC toggle air pilot valves 2V, 3V, 4V are 10-32 UNF port thread while the TAC2 valves type 31V and 41V are 1/8 NPT. The 41T and 41R models are rugged 3 positions, 4-way, 1/8 ported exhaust center toggle or rocker valve. The TAC Toggle valves are versatile and suitable for many applications including mobile, and instrumentation type environments.
Cam and Fingertip Operators: The TAC, TAC2, & TAC3 series push button air pilot valves can be converted to Humphrey TAC air pilot valves with mechanical operation with the addition of the mechanical operators. Available are standard (34C) and heavy duty cam operators (34CH), one way trip cam operator (34CW) and a ball type actuator (34B). These valves can also be converted to a fingertip manual operator (34t) or a miniature foot or knee operated valve (34F).
The TAC Air Pilot Operators work with TAC, TAC² and TAC³ push-button valves and the Model ESB Electric Switch to convert them to air pilot operation. They are available in two pipe port sizes: (34) #10-32 UNF and (341) 1/8 NPT. The operators thread directly onto the collars of the push-button valves and the Model ESB Electric Switch. The four different types of operators allow great flexibility of application for the TAC Valves family.
34A or 341A Air Pilot operators are used for simple air pilot requirements. Model 341A has greater effective area to amplify weak pilot signals.
34AS or 341AS Air Pilot with Snap Action operators are used for time-delay circuits and other slow-building pilot pressure applications.
34AR or 341AR Air Pilot with Reset operators is used to convert maintained air pilot signals to momentary actuation.
34ASR or 341ASR Air Pilot with Snap Action and Reset are used for combined function of snap action 34/341AS then reset function of 34/341AR.
Humphrey TAC shuttle, check and quick exhaust air pilot valves includes a miniature quick exhaust 10-32 ports as well as 10-32 & 1/8 ported shuttle and check valve. Included in the offering is a miniature regulator and 10-32 ported speed controller,RSR,SC1,C1,SQE, C125,S125.
