Return Policy

  1. Non-Stocking Items: Non-stocking items, which have unique requirements, are not eligible for return. We encourage you to carefully consider your needs and specifications before purchasing such items.

  2. Return Eligibility: a. All items/products requested for return must be in unused and unopened conditions. b. Before returning any product, authorization must be obtained from our seller. Shipment of unauthorized returns will not be accepted. c. A restocking charge will apply for approved returns, except in cases where the return is necessary due to a fault on our part. In such cases, a full credit will be allowed.

  3. Defective Product and Warranty Returns: a. If you receive a defective product or need to make a warranty claim, please inform us within 15 days of receiving the product. b. To process a warranty return, the customer must return the product to us for inspection and evaluation. c. If the defect is confirmed, the customer will receive a full refund of the invoiced product price.

  4. Shipping Costs: a. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. b. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. c. We do not accept collect freight for returns.

Please note that this return policy is subject to the following additional terms and conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or invoice.
